CONCRETE CAN CRACK. THIS IS NORMAL.
Every project is completed using industry-standard practices designed for long-term performance in Colorado conditions.
- Proper excavation and grading
- Compacted Class 6 road base
- 4000 PSI concrete mix
- Reinforcement installation
- Control joint placement
- Professional finishing practices
- Cleanup after installation
Concrete naturally expands and contracts due to temperature changes, moisture levels, and soil movement.
Even with proper installation methods, reinforcement, and control joints, hairline cracks and shrinkage cracks are common throughout the concrete industry.
These cosmetic cracks generally do not affect the structural integrity or serviceability of the slab.
Surface discoloration, minor texture variation, curing marks, and natural color differences may also occur during the curing process.
Colorado freeze-thaw cycles, ground movement, drainage conditions, and weather exposure can all affect concrete over time.
